One of the very few benefits of Covid was getting to know Guy on our zoom calls, more than I knew him from school days really. Amazing intellect and knowledge of things worldy layered over that wicked sense of humour always made for a great laugh. Will miss him and always remember that really positive outlook. Lots of Love, the Gillies' xx
Dear Guy, I did not know you so well as some of the people I have seen paying tribute here, but I could always trust you to offer insightful advice and I will miss the collective *groan* that you used to deliberately provoke at each of our Scientific Community meetings when you ran your customary governance session. Raised for the event: Memorial FundVery sad to hear the news. Our encounters were limited to Bushy Park parkrun and parents' social events but I know your enthusiasm and good humour will be sorely missed at the various dinner parties and walking/cycling trips that you lot love getting up to. Rest in peace Guy.
